I created a webpage and I want to make it available to my friends how can i do it

Download Apache server for Your OS or much developer friendly Download xampp..
add your xampp ip address (not local) to your user's DNS server or host file...
Maybe add a URL alongside with IP address so that user only need to type in UrL to access the website
