what kind of work(part time) can i get if i know html, css, javascript, python, php. im thinking part time work as im currently working on my engineering degree but would like to beef up my C.V?

You can either join a large corporation and program by order, which is good in that you get a regular salary, but where you can not program what you want, or you become self-employed, start your own business, can program what you want. The disadvantage is that you do not start earning so much money at the beginning, but later on you have a lot more profit than working under contract. In a nutshell: Since it usually does not go far with your own company, I would advise you to work under contract at the beginning and later, when you have acquired enough knowledge, maybe to become self-employed.
