How many languages needed to develop a best website?

Please suggest me a best type of language....

For develop a good Website you should learn after HTML, the language CSS for Decorate the Website because without CSS, the website looks like an old bad website. And after CSS, you should learn JavaScript for animations and that stuff. And after that, learn PHP for recive client data like : name, age, contry and much more, and with that you can change things like : if age < 18 (do this) if age > 18 (do that).
But before coding PHP, you need to install a client-side server on your PC. And finally, SQL, I can't tell you much about this one because I'm learning it :)
