How do i make the program respond with a voice please i need your help

I found this API online, "Voce", which offers speech to text and text to speech.

I looked through it and seems to be a very compact and quite simple API, and according to some comments, it does the job. You can find sample code, as well as the download and documentation links on that website. It works for both java and c++. Hope this helps.
