Any pc programme that runs while im coding?

I mean , being updated every second . if not , any programme that is like play ground? have run button and dark background theme with highlights

Hint :

You can split the pc screen means have browser on one side of screen and your text editor on another.

Now every time you finish writing code , save it using keyboard shortcut and now click on browser , press keyboard shortcut for refresh.

You can always see your website by opening your main html file to your browser in pc/laptop.

I dont know about any other program.

Meet Mehta in that case , I need to save my html or etc then refresh my browser and for editing , again open the notepad.
do you still use note pad? what do u use ? its really annoying for me ...
