so im really a beginner in programming (i only know html). I still dont understand one thing. How can you create a website with html? like do you need an application ?

(im really sorry if i sound like a noob im just no undersanding)

To practice, you can use the Code Playground here or set up some basic files at home with whatever the default text file program comes with your operating system and any web browser to see the output.

Once you've got something you want to publish, you can read up on domain names and web hosting. I'd recommend beginners take things one step at a time though and first focus on learning and practicing.
