PcCharm for Python is excellent, or Vim, but I don't know Vim very well.

For Angular - Visual Studio Code or Intellij. But only Intellij Ultimate support Angular.

VSC is now trending because of its very important extension flutter.. now you can design your apps through flutter easily with VSC EDITOR.
