What languages are good for making a simple forum from a scratch?

I have studied python, c++, css and html5 through sololearn and irl in open classes by the uni, but I am still rather off with trying to make a simple forum for testing. Is there any other language that can be used for web developing and is good for chat forum, but with secure profile making system?
