[SOLVED][Off topic]Who should I give my feed back to?

Question

I've read that I should give my feedback and suggestions to sololearn via the feedback area or email them.

But I've also read in posts and comments, that I can give my feed back and suggestions to a high ranking moderator.

So which one is better?

The former is more direct, as you are the one in contact with the admins / devs.

The latter is merely a subprogram embedded into moderators to submit suggestions on behalf of those who cannot do it themselves, or are not aware of the former option.
