Am I suitable programmer

I've been thinking about whether or not I should really go into programming as a career and one thing that keeps stopping me is that I'm not that good at maths is it ideal for me to persevere or should I keep it as an interest lol cheers

If you want to be a programmer you are probably suitable enough, but I encourage you to think in the long term. I personally am probably not going to be a real programmer because i´am scared it´s going to be to trivial.

Hi, if you preferred languages, history, EMS, business studies over maths, science at school, (but you want to go into programming because it's well paid), then I'd say NO. If you are using your weak strength to make a living, you will be miserable. e.g. for a person who is introvert, and doesn't like talking much, to go for a sales or marketing job. It most probably won't work out well. Even though some ppl say you don't have to be good with maths to code, but you need to be able to think logically, and you need to be a problem solver. However, if you can think logically, I don't see why you are not good with maths.

If its your passion than do it. Don't be afraid about the future as you will be growing with it by learning new skills. Try w3schools.com and decide what you like most.
