Thanks for your reactions. So far Pycharm is winning. I started to look at. Just it has very dark background. But I believe it is matter of customized settings.

Yes, you can change the settings. If you need not- build-in Modules like kivy, fernet, selenium ... you can install via settings--> interpreter
