When do you start on learning a new programming language? How do you know that you are fully ready to move on to the next lang?

Hi everyone,
do you all fully learn one language and then move on to the other programming language or learn multiple languages at the same time? And also how many hours per day do you spend on coding?

I'm learning more then one language on high-level programming, because they are very similar to each other. I'm spending two-three hours per day on coding especially because i love programming.
