Why isnot programming language written in a known language like english which we can write easily.Why c++ with its expressions

Most of programming languages are written on a simple principle - commands, commands, commands... Of course, it has its syntax, grammar etc. In fact, they ARE based on English language, which is a great advantage for native speakers. :-)

Problem is, that "known languages" like English are too chaotical, full of exceptions, synonyms, words with multiple meanings...

different countries use different styles,pronounciations and spellings in the English they use in their country
