What a new learner should do?

I'm completely new to codings. How can I learn it in best way. And how will I improve myself in codings. Did I need any person to teach it to me? or Is it possible to learn on my own?

You can learn your own, but it's harder.

Do a lot of exercises, read the documentation, reforce theory. You will be well this way.

First you should start learning html. Start learning and test everything. After you get your certificate, move on to something harder and so on. And its great to ask for advice and all that but you can still learn it on your own easily. (;

I would suggest Python, its easy to learn and fun to mess around with!
