About that skills graph on android app

Hey there coding community! I am wondering about that wheel graph looking like cake thing :)
Especially one of its parts: coder. What user activity influences it? There are users with a lot of codes on their profile and very low coder stat, and there are also users with no codes at all or near 0 and still having this stat maxed out.
