Books/offline material about C#

Question

Hi! Could someone recommend good books about C#?
I just started learning this language, and while tests are good, I am in need of material to drill new skills, to start to think and write algorithms faster.
I am in search for publications like those you use when studying chemistry or geometry, with a bunch of problems and questions in them, almost withous theory; because while I can think up a programme or two on my own, and write and test them, it’s not enough.
In English or Russian languages, both will do <3
