Why the 7th heading (h7) is not writen in html?

HTML only has 6 headings.

I tried finding a reason for that multiple times and I looked hard but it looks like there is no reason.
When HTML came out somebody decided that 5 headings are not enough and 7 are too many, so we have 6. That's just how it is.

H6 fonts already looking small, thinking about H7 is of no use
