URL and HTML

I’d like to use my HTML skills to make a website. What place do you type your html in and CSS and then get an output and make it into a website with a URL e.g. www.retepquestion.com

HTML and CSS are stored in text files that you would write in a notepad or an IDE. After writing them, you can open the files using your browser to display the page. If you want to host the site, you might purchase web space and a URL through a domain registration service.

you could use notepad++ or another text editor like atom, if you want to create a website you could use apache and if you want you could rent a server and use it
