How make simple html site for music related things

thinking I might do somewhere site what includes my own music n other ppl music from different playlists... how make it simple n easy use ? any ideas. might need programming n related things. where even to start?

Finish HTML, move on to CSS and JavaScript.

I might try that I'm relearning HTML now n then try start looking site place. I might use my old pages from somewhere where I have forget. Thanks for tip. I'm looking very hopefully that I got enough skills to get on process.
