Will sololearn add pandas library?

Not all, but only some part of it. Because i dont think it will be harder than they had made web output.

actually pandas is not for machine learning, but for data analysis... it is saw as the second basic libary to be learned after the python basics... as numpy works with "arrays", pandas works with "data sets"... and you can use they together very well ( bi-dimentional arrays = datasets)... and datasets can be used to do spreadsheets works (like excel) or something alike sql databases... and after learned it you can use datasets to apply your firsts machine learning algorithms (sorry for my bad english folks!)

What's special about this 'pandas library'. From your tags i gather it's for machine learning. Doing Machine learning will need additional server resources for non-web codes, i doubt they may but we never know! (Numpy wasn't present before but they added it later)

A popular database language of the past was Dbase. It existed before Microsoft SQL. In the late 1990$ and early 2000s I actual programmed a language called IMASS MRP for small businesses. It is still in use today for managing accounts receivable, accounts payable,manufacturing raw materials, etc. The main job was being a network administrator on a novell network. The company wanted Microsoft Windows NT. Server. It was a true nightmare come true. It had so many bugs it needed to be recycled once a month to make it operational. The clients managed were 22 workstations. Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, SQL) not available! Symphony was used for Spreadsheets and Wordstar for word processor.
I think you would have loved the challenge. You seem to think outside of the box!
