I think going to college will be better, because in college when you won't understand a matter, the teacher will make you understand in that topic!! You may not able to learn or understand that by your own self!!

well sometimes going to classes and meet people makes it easier to reach job interviews, practice in companies etc.. depending on your university. however improving your coding skills when you are studying it at college can be a plus. You can be ahead of your class mates if you want.

Self learning is essential, whether you go to college or not.
