If i want to build an web application + android apps for a online currier service / product home delivery company. Which technology( language, framework, database ) should i use ? It should be fast, secure and modern .

Web + android clearly says APIS....Build your website and api for android.

u can just make a single page application on js with vue.js or react, or angular and then make applications with apache cordova
