Feedback on not working aspects of website.

Question

I would be really happy to receive feedback on this website. It opens on the bottom after I changed some code, which I don't want. This happens after placing the button to go back to top. Before that, my navbar was sticky and fixed on when I scroll down, but this also doesn't work anymore. Last but not least, if I add anything under the contact form, like a footer, it doesn't display or is displayed in the form. Any tips, ideas and help is welcome, thanks in advance!

First you need to fix some mistakes:
You missing some closing tags in html and you inserted html and js code into css.
