What language to start to learn to program aviation systems? quadrocopter or taxi in this direction.?!

In my opinion, quadcopters and autonomous vehicles don't only involve programming, but also the hardware. You should study mechatronics/mechanical engineering or robotics instead of learning only how to program the devices.
Maybe you can get yourself an Arduino robot and learn Arduino language as a start. That's still far away from those advance stuffs like drones and quadcopters though.
