Try using google,its got thousands of pdf's on various subjects like c# and unity..

Personally to learn unity I did every tutorial they had available and since I am more into the coding side of things I also went through the coding section there, after all that it was youtube tutorials for specific things I would like in my game such as a turn based battle system
