Which Languages are good for a Front-end Web Developer? Is Bootstrap better than CSS?

Hi there fellow coders :)
Hope ya'll are doing great!!
So I just wanted to ask which languages are better for a front-end web developer and shall I learn Bootstrap first before CSS? I have covered the HTML Fundamentals and now I wanna learn more as HTML is just a structure language. Plus some good suggestions, practices are highly appreciated.

Hi! You should learn first CSS, learn how it works. Learn Bootstrap before CSS, is like run without know how to walk first. Bootstrap is a tool that would help you with CSS libraries to give styles to your web and adapt it to every size. But it doesnt mean that you can use your CSS too, you can use bootstrap to adapt your website to every size, order everything how you wish and use your CSS styles too.
