I can't find out why my code doesn't work could you help me?

Question

So I've been working on this game and I am trying to create multiple "particles" in the canvas and they tend to be blurry, I've had that problem a lot, and when I the objects are spawned they are supposed to spawn within the canvas screen but sometimes I don't see any. Tarek Monowar I've tryed it on my computer using the inspect thing in the dev console on chrome and it shows no error thats the problem.
