How long till i get expert?

Just wanted to ask some of you experienced programmers how long it took tou guys to learn and any tips for the long run

You need to practice a lot.

Experts take a looooong time, but you can be really good with 1 or 2 years of practice.

no one can expert. You should try to increase your level practically. and no need of expertise, because there is a lot of knowledge about languages and a person can not enhance.
