Can i completely build a website with Python, Django and HTML?

I was thinking if i could develop a website with Python, Django framework without having to apply code from other programming language such as javascript,ruby... etc! Thanks in advance :)

Short answer, yes!
Long answer: It would really depend on the features you want on your website, you could achieve most of them using those languages but it would be a little like re-inventing the wheel when you have languages that would perform some tasks better.
