What are the essential thing that should be in the head tag ?

as I'm going to create a complete website from scratch what are the codes (meta tags) should I put obligatory in the head section ? , so that my design looks professional and has no problem .

I put this one together based on the Moz SEO guide ( https://moz.com/beginners-guide-to-seo ) and a bunch of other rabbit holes I followed. I find it to be pretty effective to have a well-structured website, even without Schema and backlinks. You just have to wait 3 months for it to kick in after you're listed.
