Bro,
I've a suggestion for you.
Whwn i start learning web design i am also same to you.But now i can code....
For this, you have to do project.If you are a web designer you have to do design simple website. Firstly you have to create a layout in photoshop as you like.And then start coding..
I am sure that when you finished 3/4 project, you xan code anything good.
