Marko Jovanovic, there in that link are emoji-css just to copy not the way how to write their code properly better to learn how to write properly...! So i made that example how you can write emoji or symbols in proper way

You can use Twitter's api to use emojis in your webpage. Nowdays browsers are also supporting various emojis for respective os.
