What will happen if I will open the tags and write the program but I will not close the tags in html .

Different possibilities are there. If you will not close head tag, nothing will be displayed on the browser. If you don't close body tag, you may not find any affect. If you don't close tags inside body, it can result in several scenarios.

I have written my program in note file and I have save it as program1.html . when i opened it in browser it was show the correct thou i have not close the paragraph tags . both when haven't closed the tag and when i have closed tags are showing same ans. then what is the use of close tags if i can do it without closing the tags .
