Unable to sign in using email / password on Android device

Dear community,

I have been using Sololearn for a year now and wanted to test the app. But unfortunately I can't log in at all, the error message is: Invalid username / password combination. I am 100% sure that I enter the right combination. Resetting the password didn't help either.
Is the problem known and is there a solution available somewhere?

click on forgot password & then then try resetting it
//if that also not work , then U can email them at [e-mail]
