Is the computer science industry declining?

I'm in college, thinking about what I should pursue. My dad is concerned that the job market for programming is declining. Idk if it's true, but will there still be jobs related to computer programming?

Not at all. Put it this way tech companies admit there will be newer jobs in 2020 based in computer science. So there will be a rise in computer science jobs across the globe.
