It is saying "Challenge limit reached : Complete your ongoing challenges" even when only 2 challenges are waiting. Why it is so?

Question

With someone challenging a person continuously even when all the challenges completed by that person. It still shows the above message.
Does it mean that the person has blocked from accepting challenges??
What is the solution??

Satnam ,I have already tried that but the error message is still relevant.
I am able to accept challenges from other person but at the same time with some persons it gives the error message reputedly after round 1 or 2.
How to complete such challenges before they expire??

Satnam, I have done what you said and even done reboot several times.
I have 4G internet connection and so their is no problem with internet ( Jio is good internet provider).

Well, now I think that it is better to skip such challenges 🤔
