Which is easier to use in building a website with backend, python php js others specify

It depends.
If what you're really looking for is easiness, then php is your answer, since it's practically so easy to use, and has a huge and old community to support you and answer all your questions.
But if you already have some background in programming with JavaScript then I stonefly recommend NodeJS (JavaScript) because you'll have to only learn how to use some frameworks: ExpressJS for example instead of learning a whole new language.
