Questions about web framework : Node.js & Spring

Im trying to decide what to study first :
Node.js or Spring

- I have used both javascript and java, but not frameworks..like angular etc..
- I wanna study back-end and server programming.

I heard that Node.js is usually used for start-up companies (relatively small servie) and Spring is mostly at Big size(company).

It would be great if you let me know the difference and
Which one would you recommend?

Is applying for a developer job your endgame? If that is the case then you should look at the market in your area. If there are tons of openings in node.js then go for that and vice-versa.

If you are not motivated by money alone and you just want to better yourself, then choose the language you want to master and study the associated framework of that language.
