how i know the version of python model which i was upload it

ex: i have any pyrhon module like tkinter
i wont to know the version of it

From your windows cmd prompt

pip show <package_name>

You can also use the below, but beware not all have packages have __version__

import sklearn

print(sklearn.__version__)
