depends on what you want to do
here are some apps i use on my android phone:
java: Java N-IDE
python: Pydroid3
c/c++: Mobile C (you can use mobile c for c, c++, python, js, lua)
web (html, js, css): es file explorer and firefox
android apps: you can create android apps on your android phone with Java N-IDE or ApkBuilder (I prefer ApkBuilder)
