How should i learn as a beiginner programmer ?

hi everyone , I'm beiginner at programming i have some questions that has confused me ,
1-should i learn the algorithmes first or start learning one of the programming languages .

2- how can i make a quick progress in learning

I'd suggest you to just select a programming language and start playing with it to get familiar with the syntaxes.
Algorithm is a process or say a set of rules to be followed while solving a problem. So, once you're familiar with a language then you can use your algorithm to solve a problem.
And practicing is the only key to make progress in learning.
Learn a language, solve problems, keep coding, that's how you make progress! 👍
