I would rather suggest python. (hopefully without drawing too much hate from the c-fanbase^^). Most beginners do find it a bit more intuitive than c and if learning algorithms & data structures is goal, less distraction is a plus, right? But if you like c then thats of course totally fine :-).

C++ might be the best as it is the easiest way for understanding DS and Algorithms

Pick any of the ones you stated. It doesn't matter too much which one.

C-Language teaches structure. I have written program in C- language using structure examples.

C-language are for advaced system programmers. SoloLearn teaches in great detail in use of pointers, which is very efficient way in working with arrays.

Take C-language has simple examples of use of structures. In C++ The class is a better way of grouping things together. Once a programmer learns the power object programming it makes programming must easier code. A stumbling block for new programmers are they do not write down what rhey want to acomplish by programming or coding They should learn how to use flowcharts to understand the logic of how the program is going to solve problems via computer. Do you know that movies makers use something similar? It is called story books for actors to know how they will be used in movie.

Study SoloLearn SQL which will teach commanding Database. Microsoft Office Access will help with Database structure. I noticed Bartow California Library has Internet has Full Office Suite 2016 version on library computers. Something I also noticed PCMarket.com website will allow you to download full Microsoft Office Suite for $35.00 using email address. I did no believe it! Yet I downloaded soft where twice and everything worked even Microsoft Access. You should have technical ability to follow instructions after downloading software. It may take over an hour using slow Internet. PCMarket will sent unlock key to your email and series of numbers. The key will not work! The key will not work call PCMarket phone number. PCMarket will want series numbers to unlock Microsoft Office Suite.
