depend on you.. if u are passionate in learning code, u can try to googling it, ex: how to create responsive elearning android apps with (write your script language u mastered). or for the less and maybe no coding at all, u can try googling some word like : what is the easiest apps to make an incredible elearning android apps. there is so many talented and good people out there share their knowledge like the author of this apps. sorry for my bad english language

first learn java and xml , both are required most for android development . and for IDE, Use Eclipse or android Studio For PC and Android IDE (AIDE) for Mobile.

it is so simple to make an android app but too lengthy to make an High End App
