Need help testing TimeZone

Question

Since there is no builtin TZ function in JS, I found a workaround and I want to know if this works around the 🌎 .
If you can run this code and check the TimeZone display.
If you find anything else wrong (or useful) in the code, I would also like to know.

Works fine, but I get a LocalStorage error, but that might be because I'm on my phone
