If I learn to create a code from YouTube tutorial and modify the code according to myself, do I have to give credit of channel?

In my opinion yes you have to say something like "Inspired by..."

Zarthan it depends on the code of course. If the code is more complicated and the idea behind it more complex than the author should be credited. AL Araf if the code is totally different but the idea is the same then still for the idea I would've give credit. But if the idea and the program are completely different, you haven't been inspired by that code (I don't see how you could've ) so you don't have to give credit.

If the code seems totally different from the YouTube video tutorial, in this case do I have to give credit also?(Specifically I'm asking regarding the we design related video tutorial)

Its not necessary to give credits unless you're gonna post the code somewhere or use it in a personal project but its up to you....
