I have watched your activity timeline and see that you haven't done much here at all. You basically looked around a bit, then disappeared for weeks.
I think you need to turn this motivation thing around. Assuming you really want to learn to code, don't ask: 'How can I find the motivation to do it?' Instead start with doing it and wait for the motivation to come later.
Habit is a powerful thing! If you manage to learn a bit of coding for three weeks straight, you will probably feel that it starts to 'pull you in'.
Define one very easy-to-follow rule for your learning, and then do exactly that. For example:
'From today, I will study one module sub-unit of the Python tutorial every single day, until the course is finished.'
And then you just do it.
That's the part that noone can take off your shoulders, you need to give yourself a little push here.

Set some goals for yourself. Start with small and then move to more complicated stuff gradually.
Always practice what you learn, and experiment with the code, you don't always have to follow the lesson or a textbook. Sometimes you discover things this way that will be useful as you go along.
Look at the Challenges section and try to solve a few every day or every week. Start with those that have "beginner" in the description. Try to do it on your own, then check how others have solved it and learn from their methods!
Solving a puzzle can give tremendous sense of success that will motivate you.
As soon as you have the basics nailed down, try to find a project of your own, a genuine idea that can be solved by programming and maybe could make your own life easier.
