Anybody else excited about web assembly?

Question

Ever since I've learned about web assembly with c++ etc, I've been excited! Anybody else excited about this as I am? So far I've heard it's near native preformance. I haven't built anything with it yet as I'm still learning the basics of c++. If you have built anything with it, what were your benchmarks and what were you building, if I may ask?

I haven't had a client specifically request me to use Web Assembly yet, but I'm sure the day will come, so I'm excited. 😊
