What are the good frameworks in PHP

Question

I want to know the best of frameworks i could learn in PHP. This should includr PHP securities as well. Also, a good content on php.ini and htaccess

If you need CMS I'd probably go with Drupal 8. Non CMS: Yii and Symfony are two I'd try out. Yii and Symfony are also frameworks from which I haven't received any security issue notices provided by the officials department mailing list where I live.
