How to install ruby on windows without installing multiple tools ??

how to install ruby on windows for offline ? I have been confused for a month to install it.

https://rubyinstaller.org/downloads/
download if you dont want Devkit then without Devkit for 32 or 64-bit windows and install with:
add ruby to path and associate .rb with ruby installation,checked

if it says folder exist then change folder (if older version previously installed)

before ending uncheck run
