Now What?

Question

I've completed HTML, CSS, JavaScript, C#, SQL and PHP. Now what? Any suggestions on a project I could take on to practice what I've learned? Maybe something web related that won't cost me any money.

Here are some ideas...
- Set up a server, with a working MySQL login system
- Make your own CSS or JavaScript framework
- Make a 2D canvas game, which includes a real-time multiplayer feature
- Make an AI letter guesser to recognise handwriting, which learns from its mistakes
- Make a speech-to-text converter
